What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not form the agreement for any work TECH TREK carries out for you — that is set out separately in a proposal and contract for each project.
⚠️ INCOMPLETE. The client-facing terms — scope, fees, payment schedules, intellectual property and ownership, revisions, warranties, liability, termination and governing law — are not covered here and are not written anywhere in the project documentation. They need to come from the business and be reviewed by a solicitor before this page is relied on.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. You may not copy its design, code or written content for use elsewhere, or present our client work as your own.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other people.
Our work and our clients
Project screenshots and links on this site show real client websites. Those sites, their branding and their content belong to the clients concerned, and are shown here as examples of work rather than as anything we own.
Client reviews are reproduced as they were written. We correct obvious typing errors only where doing so does not change the meaning, and we keep the original wording on record.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free at all times. Client websites shown here are maintained by their owners and may change after we hand them over.
